We want you to treasure the items you select from our shop.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us at within 7 days of the delivery date and we will be happy to process a request for exchange or store credit.
Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All items must be unused and in original condition. Store credit will be issued for the item(s) once they are successfully returned. Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
All returns must be pre-paid and insured. We must receive your return within seven days of issuing the Return Authorization number. We recommend that you ship your returned merchandise via insured parcel post, for tracking purposes. In the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled, Interior Matters Boutique cannot take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation.
